Monarch Specialties Inc. is situated in Laval, QC and is hiring a Receptionist to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must operate switchboard or telephone system.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must send invoices.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide directory assistance.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
