Ax Pharmaceutical Corp in Concord, ON is seeking a self-motivated Purchaser. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: , 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
• The candidate must negotiate offers from suppliers.
• The candidate must consult with suppliers.
• The candidate must review quotations.
• The candidate must determine contract terms and conditions.
• The candidate must award contracts to appropriate parties.
• The candidate must establish delivery schedules.
• The candidate must monitor progress of delivery schedules.
• The candidate must plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must estimate costs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
