Job Description

• The candidate must analyze material and write manuals, user guides, and other documents to explain clearly the installation, operation, and maintenance of software and equipment.
• The candidate must coordinate projects.
• The candidate must conduct research to establish factual content and obtain necessary information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a professional association or organization to support operations, manage programs, and assist members.
• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
