ACCÈS PATRIMOINE ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Property rentals manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
• The candidate must prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
• The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
• The candidate must compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
• The candidate must prepare expense and income reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be able to manage a large caseload.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in real estate management companies managing properties and related services.
