Property rentals manager

SDC MYX is situated in Verdun, QC and is hiring a Property rentals manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
• The candidate must negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
• The candidate must ensure that the terms of lease agreements are fully met.
• The candidate must hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
• The candidate must prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
• The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
• The candidate must monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
• The candidate must compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
• The candidate must prepare expense and income reports.
• The candidate must ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
