Job Description
- The candidate must coordinate subcontractor activities.
- The candidate must select trade subcontractors.
- The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- The candidate must hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
- The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
- The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
