Job Description
- The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
- The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
