Production supervisor – metal products manufacturing

Fabrication SBL Inc. ( Saint-Benoît-Labre, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Production supervisor – metal products manufacturing. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
