Super-Pufft Snacks Corp in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Production supervisor - food and beverage processing. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
