Job Description

  • The candidate must operate machinery to process and package alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
  • The candidate must record production information.
  • The candidate must observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
  • The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • The candidate must inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • The candidate must maintain a shift log of production and other data.
  • The candidate must set up and adjust processing and packaging machines.
  • The candidate must check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
