Poultry boner

St. Clements Poultry Meats Inc. ( Waterloo, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Poultry boner. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Day, , 07:00 to 15:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a poultry processing plant to process, package, and inspect products while adhering to health and safety regulations.

• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
