Plumber helper

ROTO-ROOTER in Etobicoke, ON is inviting applications for the position of Plumber helper. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Overtime required, Morning, Day, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must perform pre-operational inspections.
• The candidate must assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• The candidate must make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
