Plastic products manufacturing supervisor

Turnkey Technology Inc. is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Plastic products manufacturing supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
