Plasterer

Pacific Stucco Ltd in Surrey, BC is inviting applications for the position of Plasterer. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster.
• The candidate must clean and prepare surfaces.
• The candidate must cure freshly plastered surfaces.
• The candidate must finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required.
• The candidate must mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency.
• The candidate must mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
• The candidate must spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
• The candidate must trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
