This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in equipment operation to safely operate, maintain, and monitor machinery for efficient performance.
