Dalya Ahmed Professional Corporation is situated in Medicine Hat, AB and is hiring a Pharmacy technician to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate.
• The candidate must enter client information in databases.
• The candidate must prepare medications for clients.
• The candidate must supervise and direct medical technologists or technicians.
• The candidate must assist with scheduling and workflow.
• The candidate must compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams.
• The candidate must maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
