Job Description
- The candidate must compile data to prepare documents.
- The candidate must establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
- The candidate must prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
- The candidate must supervise staff.
- The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
- The candidate must analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
- The candidate must prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
- The candidate must prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- The candidate must conduct research.
- The candidate will be responsible for meeting with individuals, special interest groups, and other stakeholders to discuss issues, assess concerns, and recommend appropriate courses of action based on the discussions.
- The candidate must liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations.
- The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
- The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
- The candidate must arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- The candidate must prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents.
