Pest control technician

Marin Pest Management Inc. in Kingston, ON is inviting applications for the position of Pest control technician. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect buildings and surrounding areas for signs of infestation.
• The candidate must determine the type of treatment required.
• The candidate must prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas.
• The candidate must place and set traps to capture and remove animals.
• The candidate must clean out areas that harbour pests.
• The candidate must advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation.
• The candidate must work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
• The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
