precious care is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Personal support worker - home support to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Shift timings include: Day, Night, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must feed or assist in feeding.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must relay service to persons with disabilities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
