T.A.N. Coffee ( Windsor, NS) is currently looking for a skilled Pastry cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
