K.C cleaning & construction limited in Corner Brook, NL is seeking a self-motivated Painter. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
• The candidate must repair cracks and holes in walls, floors, or surfaces.
• The candidate must mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture.
• The candidate must measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
• The candidate must apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
