PMD Peinture Inc. is situated in Drummondville, QC and is hiring a Paint department foreman/woman - metal products manufacturing to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Day, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
