Packager - manufacturing

RWay Ag Ltd in St. Claude, MB is inviting applications for the position of Packager - manufacturing. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Term or contractFull time position. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
• The candidate must check and weigh materials and products.
• The candidate must sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
• The candidate must assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
• The candidate must perform other labouring and elemental activities.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a manufacturing and industrial plant operating a large factory to produce goods efficiently and reliably.
