VisionPLUS in Moncton, NB is inviting applications for the position of Optician. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist clients in selecting eyeglasses.
• The candidate must advise clients on the use and care of contact lenses.
• The candidate must adjust finished eyeglasses to fit clients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
