Job Description

  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • The candidate must receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate must process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • The candidate must photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate must perform data entry.
  • The candidate must file material in storage areas.
  • The candidate must carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate must administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
