Nursery labourer

Canadian Valley Growers Ltd. ( Aldergrove, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Nursery labourer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.

• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
