Nail salon supervisor

Venetian Nail Spa is situated in Winnipeg, MB and is hiring a Nail salon supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must monitor quality and production levels.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
