Cali Nails The Bay in Victoria, BC is seeking a self-motivated Nail salon manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in an esthetician's salon in spas, salons, wellness clinics, and other offices to provide skin health services.
