Nail care technician

Jota Nails & Spa in Duncan, BC is inviting applications for the position of Nail care technician. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply or remove artificial nails and nail art.
• The candidate must clean, trim, and polish nails.
• The candidate must provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
• The candidate must provide therapeutic foot massage.
• The candidate must perform cashiering duties.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must perform manicures.
• The candidate must perform pedicures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in an esthetician's salon in spas, salons, wellness clinics, and other offices to provide skin health services.
