Science North ( Sudbury, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Museum interpreter. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Term or contractPart time employment. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate audio-visual equipment.
• The candidate must conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions and heritage sites, respond to inquiries and provide relevant information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
