MSV Monitoring in Moncton, NB is inviting applications for the position of Monitoring station operator. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll records, and other summaries.
• The candidate must ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must monitor personnel workloads and locations.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
• The candidate must assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
• The candidate must follow up on issues with work orders.
• The candidate must respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations who require assistance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
