Job Description

  • The candidate must assemble mechanical equipment.
  • The candidate must detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
  • The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • The candidate must construct foundations for machinery installations.
  • The candidate must repair or replace defective machinery parts.
  • The candidate must fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up.
  • The candidate must perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
  • The candidate must operate machining tools to fabricate parts.
  • The candidate must install machinery and equipment.
  • The candidate must operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
  • The candidate must troubleshoot problems related to equipment.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate must be a good team player.
