Super Discount Pharmacy is situated in Scarborough, ON and is hiring a Medical receptionist to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must operate switchboard or telephone system.
• The candidate must order office supplies.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must monitor mobile radio or telephone.
• The candidate must provide directory assistance.
• The candidate must relay service to persons with disabilities.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The applicant should work in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic that provides health care.
