On Track HVAC ( New Glasgow, NS) is currently looking for a skilled Mechanical services superintendent. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Early morning, Day, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• The candidate must supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff, and other engineers.
• The candidate must review quotations.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must co-ordinate contract services.
• The candidate must recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
• The candidate must ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• The candidate must coordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources.
• The candidate must ensure compliance with government regulations and company objectives.
• The candidate must monitor and evaluate.
