Mechanic helper

M&P Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. is situated in Stony Mountain, MB and is hiring a Mechanic helper to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must move tools, equipment, and other materials.
• The candidate must hold stakes during surveying activities.
• The candidate must signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
• The candidate must help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
