The candidate must remove bones from meat.
The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
The candidate must price meat products.
The candidate must clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
The candidate must cut fish into steaks and fillets.
The candidate must supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers.
The candidate must grind meats.
The candidate must make special sausages.
