BL LIGHTING in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Manufacturing technologist. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
• The candidate must inspect processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• The candidate must assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must determine scheduling of production.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
