Manager, retail sales

Eclipse ( Val-d'Or, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Manager, retail sales. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
