Job Description
- The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
- The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
- The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
- The candidate must monitor staff performance.
- The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
- The candidate must recruit staff.
- The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
- The candidate must supervise staff.
- The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
- The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
- The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
- The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
- The candidate must cost products and services.
- The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
