Tim Hortons in Quispamsis, NB is seeking a self-motivated Manager, restaurant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be accurate.
