KFC is situated in La Sarre, QC and is hiring a Manager, restaurant to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be dependable.

• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
