AHA Indian Food Paradise Ltd. ( Aldergrove, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Manager, restaurant. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
• The candidate must demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
• The candidate must instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• The candidate must prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
