Moah Appliance service & General Contracting Inc. is situated in Scarborough, ON and is hiring a Major electric appliance repairer to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day, Evening, On call, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment.
• The candidate must diagnose faults using testing devices.
• The candidate must repair electrical appliances and components.
• The candidate must replace faulty components.
• The candidate must advise customers on work performed and the condition of equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.

• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
