Job Description
- The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
- The candidate must perform safety and security checks.
- The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- The candidate must arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage.
- The candidate must coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events.
- The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items and products.
