Machine operator - food and beverage processing

Aliments LUDA Foods inc in Pointe-Claire, QC is seeking a self-motivated Machine operator - food and beverage processing. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Evening, Night shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate machinery to process and bag, box, or otherwise package food products.
• The candidate must perform corrective machine adjustments.
• The candidate must record production information.
• The candidate must observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
• The candidate must inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
• The candidate must make adjustments to process variables.
• The candidate must maintain a shift log of production and other data.
• The candidate must set up and adjust processing and packaging machines.
• The candidate must check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
• The candidate must weigh materials and goods.
• The candidate must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• The candidate must grade and label raw materials or finished products.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
