Job Description

  • The candidate must assign health care workers to specific projects and programs.
  • The candidate must coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department.
  • The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
  • The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
  • The candidate must hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
  • The candidate must develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services.
  • The candidate must oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • The candidate must oversee the preparation of reports.
  • The candidate must coordinate the work of doctors, nurses and other staff.
