Ground Movers is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Logistics supervisor to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
