ON TIME CITY LOGISTICS CORP. ( Whitby, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Logistics analyst. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
• The candidate must estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
• The candidate must assist with maintenance of communications equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
