Livestock labourer

Flinkert Farms Inc ( New Liskeard, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Livestock labourer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. LMIA approved position.

Job Description

• The candidate must feed and tend animals.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must milk cows.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must clean parts using specialized cleaning solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
