Live-in caregiver - seniors

KATHERINE REYES in Brossard, QC is seeking a self-motivated Live-in caregiver - seniors. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Term or contractFull time position. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer medications as prescribed.
• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must collect specimens.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must plan therapeutic diets and menus.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Setting
